Stomach swelling after the sleeve

Hello all...i am feeling better these days .Down 42 lbs since surgery on 3/18/19. I had some stomach swelling on the right side of my stomach along the front that should have gone down after surgery but now since im slimming down the bulge is more pronounced. It doesn't hurt just looks like a large fatty know. I know this was the side where they cut through the muscle but i thought it would be healing more by now. When i pinch it or push on it it just feels like a large amount of subcutaneous fat that has collected in this one spot. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what did you do shrink this area?

When is your next appointment? Could be a hernia.

But i thought hernias cause pain and swelling or some sort of discomfort. My uncle had one and it was painful. This causes no pain its like my stomach is still fat in that area but only where my muscle was cut on the right side. When i push it it feels like normal fatty flesh but its still very much visual.
