I have great-west health care. Iam still waiting on approval for lapband. Doctor office called says they need structer dieting for 12 of the last 24 months . Called great west if I can show any effort of dieting they may approve. Says weight watchers would show attempt. So iam going to get past records when I was on weight watchers. Great west also says surgery is 2-15-05, no one told me. Iam getting very nervous and excited all at once
