embarassed of loose skin

I bought some shorts for the gym today. I haven't worn shorts since I was 8 years old. I have had body image issues since I was that young, even though I wasn't overweight til I was 21. I have a LOT of hanging skin now around my knees and inner thighs from the weight loss. I am kinda embarassed to wear them. =/ I want to overcome my embarrassment and just do it. It's gunna be really hard!

I was lifting weights the other day and was in front of a mirror and noticed my arms (which I plan on chopping in November) and now I am avoiding mirrors at the gym. Learning not to give a f**k is the hardest part of all this, for sure. For me anyways.

How about wearing capri leggings instead - something with a bit of hold to them?
