7 weeks out from Sleeve to RNY...what are you eating? How many calories??

I'm curious about what others may be eating at about 7 weeks out from surgery. I'm around 700 calories per day with a 50% protein 20% fat 30% carb ratio.

I had a revision from sleeve to RNY and after the initial 20 pounds lost the rest is coming off extremely slowly. Its hard to get the 75-90 grams of protein in without relying on 2 shakes a day.

I'm looking for tips on what to eat to get my protein in with eating 3-4 small meals per day. (1/2 a shake or no shake if possible)

Thanks in advance for sharing!

Be careful if you heat it it can curdle after 130°. I like to treat myself with fat free sugar free pudding made with unflavored protein skim milk. Its like a protein bomb!
