Feeling Full/Receiving Full Cues in the Morning

So I've noticed that first thing in the mornings, I feel full. Not "not hungry", but kinda full. By the time I'm done getting ready in the morning it lessens enough that I can start drinking water on my way into work. I practice IF so I don't eat until around noon each day. I have also noticed that sometimes I even get "full" cues first thing in the morning- mostly a runny nose, but sometimes sneezing and sometimes hiccups. Does anyone else experience that? I'm curious about the cause. I used to think it was swelling or something, but I'm 6 months post-op now, so it can't be swelling!
