Bergen County, New Jersey-want to switch doctors

I had the lap band surgery performed by a doctor in Bergen County, NJ who is in practice with his brothers. I really need to look for a new doctor as I feel he does not address any of my concerns. Has anyone switched doctors for lap band adjustments? Will a doctor who has not done the surgery do the adjustments? If so, does anyone have any recommendations for doctors in the Bergen County, NJ area? Thanks!

Yes. I have switched drs twice. One retired and the other had dreadful bedside manners... and kept ordering tests. No fill. Just tests. The third appt was enough. I was an 11 year veteran at that point and found a great fill dr.
Good luck. You have to search sometimes.

Yes it is possible to switch doctors.

I had to switch due to moving away form a doctor.

two other times the doctor either went back to university to teach or retired.

One did not care for

Current one was a formerly my doctor and he moved his offices closer to me so I went back.
