  • I average about 5kg / 11lb a month. That's a bit more than a kilo a week which I'm happy with. (I eat in the range of 1000-1200 cals a day)

I'm 4 weeks postop on Thursday and so far I have lost approx 6kg. That may sound slow but I had a lower starting weight, I only have approx another 4 - 6 to lose

Good luck with your surgery!
