Having gastric bypass in one week febuary 12,2019

Im going from gastric sleeve to gastric bypass in a week im now in the liquid diet and is ben a little raugh i have 3 daughters , one 8 year old and 1 year old twins and running around all i think is of food.

plan activities with the girls to keep you busy so you can focus on something other than food. I used to run non stop, i never made time to sit and be idle so i could not have time to think about what i wanted to eat. I also always had liquids with me no matter where i was.

Thank you for your response i have appointments like crazy with them all this week so that will help , just want to ask you how old are they i have 1 year old twin girls that dont walk yet and a 8 year old daughter how long after you could lift again?
