I am really getting excited. I talked to the Doc's office today and they have received my money so I am all set. I won't find out what time the surgery is scheduled until Monday. I hope it isn't too early because my mother and sister will have to get up so early and I hate being a burden on anyone.

I'm pretty sure I've lost a few pounds on my low-carb pre-op diet but I haven't hopped on the scale yet. The way I look at it is the pre-op diet is to shrink my liver and the weight loss is secondary.
