Having surgery on 28th of December

I'm having surgery on the 28th and was wondering how long I would be off worked and how long I would be in the hospital. My question never got answered by the Dr. he didn't know if I could have surgery because of my heart.

Thanks

What type of surgery are you having?

Me too!

I was told about two to three weeks before any light work. But it really depends on your body and its recovering ability I'm sure.

I'm praying your surgery is great and recovery will be fast...

i had the sleeve, and i was in hospital for 2 days. dr. protocal. I had surgery on Thursday AM and went to work on Monday.. but i had no issues since waking up from surgery. Everybody is different. Also your job requirements could be different than mine which may have you out longer depending if you are on your feet, if you have to lift stuff. I have a desk job and was fine to go back to work.
