A lot of us were raised to believe
All Food equates Love. If you fail to feed me, it means you don't Really Love Me! Now Bariatrics and Weight Loss Surgery shook things to their very core. We live in a Brave New World where the rules have changed and it is difficult to come to terms with THAT.
I agree. It seem like a lot of my socialization revolves around eating. I'm having to find other things to do that doesn't involve food.

I also think we in the post WLS are more aware of the food and our surroundings. I for one.. can smell something now over 10 ft away and it drives me bananas. People in today's world look at food as a second nature must do.. Forget restaurants and serving sizes.. we in America do not even think about the amount of food that we are served, just that we have to clean our plates. If America keeps up this trend, this article is correct.. it is only going to get worse.
I agree. And the quality of food sucks, seems like everything is fried and heavily processed.
