    it is really good to see that there can be a big flux between weight loss amounts. I am 1.5 weeks post surgery and down to 236. I have not lost any weight in the last three days. Non gained but my friend says quit weighing every day. what does everyone else do? SO afraid of gaining or being stagnant but do not want to set myself up either.
