After more than two months of water, water, water I am looking to spice things up with some flavor enhancers.

Most of the products such as Mio have sucralose, etc in them.

Does anyone have any information on how these are tolerated post RNY?

My Nutritionist said we could use products with Stevia Leaf Extract.

I infuse my water with fresh fruit. It gives flavor without all the artificial ingredients.

I do the same. We sell some great Increment water bottles that have built-in infusers at the BariatricPal Store .

Natural is almost always better, I like sprigs of Mint or a slice of citrus(lemon, lime or orange) in mine.
