Protein

Should I be adding some sort of protein supplement? I struggle to get to 60g a day. I just don't want to add calories. I average about 600-700 right now.

How much protein everyone needs is different. If you add protein, you'll add calories. I use the Isopure Zero Carb. It's 105 calories per scoop, no carbs, and 25g of protein.

Getting your protein in is crucial!

Thank you Fancy Christine, that's a brand I haven't tried. Good suggestion.
