I’m two weeks post (9/24) and have had no losses since I came home from the hospital. Anyone else experience this? I’m rather frustrated.

are you meeting your protein / water goals?
Everyone gains weight with surgery, but are you saying you haven't lost that weight either?
Are you moving, walking?

The scale hasn’t moved since I came home. I was 231 when I came home from hospital, I’m 231 this morning.

I am meeting my goals, but probably not moving as much as I should. But still, there should be some loss, you’d think?

your body is healing, have you had a BM? Yes, you should be moving. how much are you taking in at this point? are you following your plan, have you cheated? Are you peeing enough?

I had my sleeve on 27th. Me also, no weight loss, 13 days post OP.
