Called the insurance and was told they have 14 days bcuz hospital didn't put it under urgent.. don't get why bcuz I could find out a day before I start my liquid diet.. how long did it take anyone else if you was approved?

I'm not in PA, but I can tell you that it took almost a solid 30-days for the final approval to come from the insurance company and we do use Aetna. When I called the Dr's office 2 - 3 weeks in, they said Aetna takes 30-days. Once they approved, I had my surgery scheduled within 2 weeks.

When I called they told me 14days... so I really don't know what to think
