in 2 days I'll be 3 weeks out n I feel lke I'm failing myself in ways...i lost 13 pounds very slow ..i weigh myself n its like up n down...ppl say I will lose it fast but at this point I don't see the good out of all this pain...my stomach is really my last worry it's the stalls that got me down ..i may have lost 2 pounds since my big loss out a week after my surgery ... My last 6 month program is Sept 13 and I gained 14 pounds since I quit smoking and my insurance does not want weight gain after yur first apt. However I kept being told that Eatna insurance will consider bcuz of me quitting smoking . I am fallowing all on the eating and I'm walking 3 times a week or more.. has anyone been through this and if so how did it turn out? Well I made to to see the surgeon lost all but the 4 pounds now waiting for the approval.. Today I went and met with my surgeon and set up a date but because I gained 14 pounds when I quit smoking and I've been lifting weights and working out and lost everything but 4 pounds.
