erosive gastritis and a esophagitis

I had an endoscopy this morning. Turns out I have a erosive gastritis and a esophagitis. I take already pantropazole 2x a day since I was sleeved May 10th. I have a follow up appointment on Monday. Did anyone else had that, and if so, what was the therapy?

I had horrible ulcer reflux, gastritis etc. dexilant and carafate helped a little but ultimately I had to be converted to a bypass. My original surgeon kept telling me it was no big deal and I waited on it. Then I had a surgeon attempt a bypass but it was too damaged and I had to go to another surgeon and it took him 7 hours to bypass it cause of all the damage and my sleeeve started twisting etc. keep on this and get a second opinion if need be.

I was diagnosed with Grade 4 Esophagitis when I was scoped to check my band for erosion prior to my revision. I was on the Pantropazole for a while too, still on 1 a day until I get scoped again in a month. Thankfully I had the bypass, so acid reflux issues that caused it have been mitigated.
