Any Meal Plans Available for pregnant WLS mommies?

Ok, so I found out my insurance doesn't cover nutritionist visits which i think is complete bullshit as I'm a gastric bypass patient who is 13 weeks pregnant. Anyways, I want to know if anyone has found a dietitian that offers detailed meal plans for pregnant WLS mommies. Maybe you have those saved and can help a girl out? More than willing to pay for a detailed meal plan. I'm the type of person that needs examples and just telling me "Oh you need 65 grams of carbs a day" will not cut it. I like to know what to buy at the store, recipes, etc.

Anyways, if any mommies out there used a specific meal/recipe plan and their babies were big and healthy please let me know!!! I don't mind paying for a good meal plan that is specific to us. Thanks!!
