Double check with your team, but in my plan only certain fish were named, tuna, salmon and certain white fish (simple), doesn't mean your plan doesn't include it.

I had a very tough time with salmon. I was able to eat flounder, tilapia and cod filet without issue.

Scallops! I have had good luck with scallops in the soft food stage. No breading or anything; just a quick broil And I could only eat 2 oz total that’s 2 large or 4 small scallops. Good luck

Seafood chowder would be another option. Unfortunately it’s too early to set sail for Cheddar Bay.

Shrimp is too fibrous, some baked fish in white sauce so it is moist, you will only be able to eat 2-3 oz at most, eat very slowly because our stomachs can be weird with new foods .

I could eat any seafood as long as I chewed it to purée. Salmon was more difficult because if it’s not cooked properly it is dry and your jaw will get tired before it’s chewed enough.
The key is:
Take small...tiny bites and chew it to death before you swallow.
Enjoy!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
