Has any one of you ever tried TheFoodAnalysts.com?

I recently started using The Food Analysts to track my daily macros as I wanted to lose weight and was having a hard time tracking my daily intake. Apparently, they count your daily macros just by sending them a photo of my meals - and they even give guidance live on Whatsapp to keep me on track.

Wanted to know if anyone has ever tried them before I buy a membership.

I have not tried this. I just focus on getting in enough protein, veggies and fruit as much as I have room for, and pretty much zero carbs. It's so simple I don't feel the need to track. That may change as I get further out from surgery though. Did you end up buying the app? If so, how do you like it?

sounds interestingn, is IT an Android , I phone or just computer based? Sure would like to know!

Nope! My fitness pal does a great job tracking everything and is completely free.

I've never heard of this app. After years of using a tracker, I've tried many over the course of years.... but I always return to My fitness pal. I even purchased the upgrade for the added benefits
