Ordered this falafel bowl from a new Greek restaurant in town. Holy smokes it’s HUGE! It’s taken 3 different sittings today and the help of a 9yr old (who ate all the pita and tzatziki, a few of the cucumbers and tomatoes and half a falafel). At this point I’m done trying to eat more so I threw it away.

I made silky edamame Soup today, but added chicken breast for extra Protein. It was like one of the fancy restaurant soup! If you are interested, Google the name of the soup and try it out.

I didn’t have much ingredients at home, I only used sesame oil, edamame, shallots, chicken broth, chicken breast and sour cream. Turn out great.

I have the small bowl in the pictures, the bigger one is for my family. They enjoyed it also. Some of the restaurants I been to add bacon bite on the bottom of the soup. And maybe I will do that for my family next time.

chicken salad, carrots and crackers. I usually make a salmon version of this but I wanted to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. I also want to make a chicken Soup from the remnants.

Anyone else reworking leftovers? I’m terrible at it.

It’s my week 5 now and I can add some toast and crackers in my diet. Which mean I can eat left over from my family. Lol

I always rework my left over. Today morning I made salmon omelet with left over salmon and added low fat cheese. I should have added some onion as well. For lunch made chicken salad with left over rotisserie chicken as well.

For dinner I made it fresh. 93/7 Ground beef with onion, and some cracker. make sure I cook my onion very well and I can tolerate it.

I should add more veggies on my diet. Need to go food shopping soon.

omg repurposing leftovers is one of my fave things to do!

a sample of my "Leftovers MacGyver-ing" (yes i take pictures food every. single. day. ...almost...i have an album titled "random food pics" on my phone hahahhaha)

in order of appearance:

1. leftover baked potatoes into chunky cream of potato Soup with bacon and cheddar

2. leftover cheesecake into cheesecake brownies

3. leftover dahl and sweet potato fries into curried sweet potato soup BONUS: also used leftover pita bread to make the croutons on top.

4. blueberry yogurt that was about to expire into yogurt bread

I finally mastered the Protein waffle recipe (again) the texture and flavor was perfect. Tracking is for the entire Belgian waffle, the pic was the last quarter that I remembered to photograph.

Breakfast today was Greek salad and a pita.

dinner tonight was grilled cheese (made on 45 calorie a slice bread with a slice American cheese) and Tomato Soup (made with milk). Cooked the grilled cheese with non stick spray and finished in the oven to crisp without burning.

A couple food before and after-

the first one is vegan chorizo with zucchini and peppers, cucumber Tomato salad, and spinach paneer puff pastries

the second is an impossible burger and multigrain toast (she got my order wrong but I wasn’t about to complain and ask for it to be fixed)

I’m assuming you wanted the burger on the toast, right? If so, the jam on the side is hilarious 😂

I had actually ordered an impossible breakfast plate with the multigrain toast. How I got a burger, not a clue but I really wasn’t about to complain.

Factors Affecting the Growth of the Alternative Sweeteners Industry:
Health Consciousness: The increasing awareness among individuals about the health issues linked to high sugar consumption, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, is supporting the market growth. Consumers are becoming more health-conscious and seeking products that can provide sweetness without the negative health effects associated with sugar. This shift in consumer preferences is leading to a greater demand for low-calorie and natural sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol. These sweeteners offer the added benefit of having minimal impact on blood glucose levels, making them suitable for diabetic and health-conscious individuals.
Technological Advancements: Innovations in the production and formulation of alternative sweeteners are impelling the market growth. Advancements in biotechnology and food science are leading to the development of high-intensity sweeteners with improved taste profiles and functional properties. Innovations in fermentation processes enhance the production efficiency and quality of natural sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit. These technological improvements are making alternative sweeteners more appealing to both manufacturers and consumers. Enhanced stability, solubility, and sweetness intensity allow these sweeteners to be used in a wide range of products, ranging from beverages to baked goods.
Consumer Trends and Preferences: Evolving consumer trends and preferences are playing a significant role in driving the alternative sweeteners market. The growing demand for clean-label products, which are healthier and free from artificial ingredients, is offering a favorable market outlook. Consumers are increasingly seeking natural and plant-based sweeteners, aligning with broader trends toward plant-based diets and veganism. Besides this, there is an increase in the demand for low-calorie and sugar-free alternatives that support weight management and overall wellness. Food and beverage companies are responding to these trends by innovating and expanding their product lines to include options sweetened with alternative sweeteners, thereby catering to changing tastes and health concerns of modern consumers.
      Alternative Sweeteners Market Report Segmentation:

Various regulatory bodies are approving alternative sweeteners for use, ensuring their safety and efficacy. These approvals provide food and beverage manufacturers with the confidence to incorporate alternative sweeteners into their products. Additionally, initiatives like sugar taxes in several countries are pushing companies to seek healthier alternatives to traditional sugar.
