Looks delicious!!
What brand SF BBQ Sauce? I tried the Sweet Baby Rays bc that’s the only one I have found in our grocery store. But I didn’t like it. Told my husband I’d rather use less or nothing at all. I want to try other brands and see if I like another brand.
Other SF items I like a lot. Like Syrup. Mrs Buttersworth. Love it. Tastes the same to me as the regular.
Anyways your tenders look sooo good!!

Idk about the what Green Tealael used but we really enjoy the sweet & spicy BBQ Sauce from G. Hughes.

I haven't tried the sweet & spicy, but I like G. Hughes original and hickory. I have family who don't care about sugar and they like G. Hughes, too.

@Kris77 I buy G. Hughes sauces from Walmart (which has the lowest price). I've also seen them at Target, and they're available in some online stores including BariatricPal, vitacost, and Netrition.

I use Sweet Baby Ray’s. I’ve never had their regular type so I don’t know the difference. 😅

The regular is probably fine to use calories and carb wise because honestly I use regular ketchup.

The quinoa was curry the sweet potatoes were plain but I feel like I’ve had sweet potatoes in a curry before.

I’ve had quinoa but never anything curry flavored. Spicy?
My sweet pot don’t need much on them either. They are perfect cooked in the oven. Yummm

It was a mild curry but I may try making it spicy next.

One of MANY salads I’ve been consuming of late in an effort to get back down to 115. Though my love of blue cheese is getting in the way, lol!! The blue cheese and blue cheese dressing makes up like half the calories of this thing! Whatever….it’s delicious. Am eating this as we speak while I catch up on on all the “Below Deck” season 9 episodes I missed. I’ll eat whatever I don’t finish later.

587 calories for the whole thing:

I make a mean strawberry meringue cake (technically a Dacquoise, but i feel like “dacquoise” just doesn’t sound yummy, lol)…layers of nut meringue between layers of a whipped cream-mascarpone mixture and strawberries. It’s actually quite easy to make, but the baking/resting of the meringue takes forever.

I wasn’t able to take a big of the whole thing before the fam dove into it, but my slice will have to do. Oh, and that’s 1/3 of a dulce de ledge churro in the bowl: 307 calories.

I are the churro and about 1/2 the cake slice, because I had put the bowl down to take a break and someone came by and gobbled it up cuz he assumed I was done. I hate when he does that. 🙄

I found these at H‑E‑B. So good. It’s dark chocolate with frozen banana slice in the middle. If you have a sweet tooth it’s perfect. Bit of an indulgence but so good!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
