Yesterdays dinner. I ate one and it came up to 246 cal.
2oz shaved steak, peppers & onions.
1 tbsp fat free refried Beans spread on a corn tostada with some shredded cheese on top and a few drops of Taco Bell’s mild sauce. So good 😍

As much as @GreenTealael's pics make me wish I loved salads, nuts, eggs, and salmon more (they're just so pretty! 😍) .... this pic, I KNOW I love, nom, nom!

I'm cross posting from the IF thread.

Grilled chicken with Thai Red Curry Sauce

Red Curry - 2 tbs or 1.4 oz

chicken - 1.15 oz cooked

The ramekin is 1/2 cup at the inner line, and 3/4 to the very top

IMG_0957.thumb.jpg.5c19ab3c94da8e31cd0c1c18230a854a.jpg

There was .65 oz of sauce leftover

Total consumption is right about 2 oz. Total volume, let's say 1/3 cup? I'm comfortably full. I could eat about another 1/2 oz before I'd really feel my restriction in an uncomfortable way.

Cheesecake factory skinnylicious grilled salmon. Nothing left on my plate. Resisted the urge to order white chocolate, caramel, macadamia nut cheesecake.

Brekky this morning. (No IF in this Fin' place today!) Leftovers from last night: mesquite smoked salmon and garlic green Beans. Yum!

1 cup by volume. By weight: 3.25oz salmon (densely packed 1/2c) and 2oz green beans (densely packed 1/2c). :)

As usual...no leftovers, but I am imminently satisfied with no thought of being able or needing "to feed" any time soon.

That Everything but the Bagel seasoning is the best! I still have a hard time with anything bread related, Keto or otherwise 5 mo out. I get my everything bagel fix by sprinkling this seasoning on cottage cheese. Sounds crazy. Tastes like everything bagel with cream cheese, yum!!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
