Surgeon says go ahead.. do I take the bite? Or wait?

My doctors kept saying I was ready, so I met with plastic surgeon. He said I'm perfect candidate now, and he's ready when I am. He even said no lipo because all I have is skin not fat. I had my surgery in June 2017. I've been maintaining since January basically. I'm 142 pounds. I was about 237 pounds. He's suggesting tummy tuck and breast lift. What's your opinions?20180512_164058.jpg20180511_175545.jpg

2 months ago I had an arm lift and abdomoplasty. While it’s a painful recovery process and will take a while for the scars to heal yet, I feel great and I am very happy with the results. I look like me finally and I am enjoying my body that I have worked so hard for. So my advice is be realistic about the process but do it.
