Been stalled since November, am I doomed?

So, I had the sleeve in August and I only lost 19 kg and stalled in November. Since then, I've been stalled and I can't understand why. I meet my water and protein intake as suggested by my nutritionist, I eat at a caloric deficit, I exercise every day and I play roller derby. Because I've had gallbladder attacks, I had my gallbladder removed in March (so I physically am less able to eat fatty foods, as it would make me sick and that would be feedback that I'm not eating right). My surgeon put me on phentermine almost a month ago and I'm still stalled.
Am I doomed to always be this fat?
