Women, getting close to goal weight, how to find a bra that fits?

Ok, I went to a dept store to try on bras. That in itself is a NSV (non scale victory) for me, because they never had those 38DDDDs in there. Well, I’ve dropped down to a 34DD, exciting. I can shop anywhere. Nope, NOTHING fits. All those beautiful bras, but my girls are so EMPTY that they just look like melted ice cream cones in everything. At least in my too big 36DDDs they are kind of hidden even though they aren’t supported.

I am planning once at goal to have a lift and augmentation, but until then, is there any kind of bra that looks great when your boobs are super deflated? Thanks.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and search reddit for "A Bra That Fits" you will be surprised to find out what your true size is.

If I am able to locate the link, I will come back and post it here.

This, truly life changing. And then look around that site for brand and style recommendations based on the size and almost more importantly SHAPE you find. And search for weight loss on the site and see what they discuss.

Thanks, will do!

Make sure you go and get fitted to make sure that is the size you need. I don’t know what department stores are in your area but major stores will fit you. I went from a 42DD to 36G and breast looks great went to Dilliards but the web site is a great idea after you know the correct size

Unless you get a really experienced fitter the instructions on measuring yourself on that website will actually give you more accurate sizing. There are excellent fitters and there are awful teen girls with minimal training. Never get fitted at Victoria Secret, they have a limited size range and will make you fit in what they have.
