GI Bleed 11 month post -op gastric sleeve

Okay I am 11 month post-op my gastric sleeve. I am not sure if this is related or not, but any comments would be of great help. I recently developed a GI bleed. My surgeon is going to repeat the EGD he doesn't want to repeat the colonoscopy because I just had that done in January and everything was fine. I have centralized abdominal pain as well, so as anyone else had or have this problem?
