OMG! I am so old! I remember those Grape Nuts commercials! Did you ever eat a pine tree? LOL

I'm convinced that I'm eating pine trees every time I eat Grape Nuts. The taste is pretty close. I guarantee you that there are certainly no grapes in Grape Nuts. For that matter, I don't even think grapes have nuts. From my point of view the only real question is: "How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood." The answer is in every box of Grape Nuts. Every time I eat a bowl, I feel like I want to chuck wood.

Try the Kashi cereals. All whole grain and tons of Fiber.< /p>

I must have eaten 5,000 calories yesterday. Back on track today.

I did an hour of cardio and my weights and crunches, and had a Protein Drink for dinner. I was so bad yesterday. Being able to eat anything I want is not a good thing. I look forward to my fill

but I wish it was sooner than the 12th of dec.

Fried foods .... anyone try fried mac & cheese? omfg. It's like a bite sized orgasm. Cheesecake Factory has a mighty fine one. (I've had like 2 bites since banding, it's a bit too rich for me now, but I used to do some hurting with it).

Never had that, but I LOVE TGIFriday's fried green Beans. :(

Tried this recipe yesterday and it was delicious ! Thanks for sharing. :hungry:
Awesome! You are very welcome! I stole the recipe from the mother of one of my brother's exes. For the mother of a health-food addicted nutritionist (I'm still convinced that the woman was in recovery from an eating disorder, she was so obsessed over food and calories), she could sure cook!
grape nuts = rocks in milk
Ditto. Ick.
Try the Kashi cereals. All whole grain and tons of fiber.
Kashi tastes like cardboard to me, to be honest. I'd rather eat grapenuts. And I HATE grapenuts. :(

I am never going to poop again. It is disgusting!

My doctor said never to poop the runny kind. Always the "other" kind. So I hold it in until it firms up a bit. Two - three weeks... that usually does it for me. But we are each on this journey and we are all unique and individual people so you have to find your own way to pooh.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
