Oh man my stomach is screwed up

I guess I'm still queezy because I tried having some oatmeal as a snack and it came right up. I'm way behind on liquids. I'm going back to clears only now. Got to let the system recover.

Matty, maybe you should check to make sure you're not running a fever. Are fluids staying down ok?
