Anyone Have/Had Duodenal Swtich (both sleeve and bypass together)

Although I feel the duodenal switch would be most benecial I’m terrified of the lack of nutrients. The duodenal switch has the most nutrient/vitamins loss. In additions Inknow it’s superficial but I’m so afraid of losing and thinning hair. Has anyone had the duodenal switch? It has many names but to make a long story short it’s the combination of sleeve and bypass.

    I am scheduled to have gastric bypass in May and I am worried about thinning hair also, I’m also afraid of sagging skin!!
