Sounds like more paperwork LOL. Did you have to complete intake forms for every appointment you went to or do they have all of that info from the original packet? I'm gonna have hand cramps and carpal tunnel by the time this is all over.

No new paperwork

The process from start to finish took 7 months it would have been less but I had to reschedule a few appointments. After i sent the packet they contacted me in about two weeks. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. My surgeon was amazing as well.

I have Dr Luthra as well... my surgery is next week !
