2mth out from surgery not losing past two wks

Aa of tomorrow i will be excatly 2 months from my vsg ...I am eating between 600- 800 cal per day-- I aim for 50- 60 grams of protein per day.. try to watch my carbs if I eat any at all I usually end up having some at dinner.

I know I started at a lower weight 205.. I'm down to 171.6 but have been there almost 2 wks.. am I doing something wrong w. Food how many calories should I be focusing on and or protein and carbs .... and oh water I do pretty well w. Also .. I also had gone back having a protein shakea for breakfast. Please give advice...

Please, please, please search for "stalls" on this site or generally in reference to bariatric surgery. They are common and sometimes last for weeks. You didn't gain all your weight on a daily basis and you won't lose it that way, either.

Many people do recommend taking your measurements, as even when the scale isn't showing a loss, your measurements often will. But, generally, be patient and follow your program--you'll start seeing changes again once your body has caught up to the rapid changes in your lifestyle.

yes measurements are due next wk so I did those a wk after my sirgery

Also, are you incorporating exercise? After my last stall I really picked up my exercise regimen and noticed a large movement. I lost nearly 4lbs in 2 days recently. I work out minimum of 30 minutes 5X per week.

By 2 months nearly everyone has hit a stall. They are really rough to go through but it will pass. Hang in there. You also might want to increase your protein a bit.
