My stupid insurance won't cover it either. I've searched the boards but haven't seen anything that will help. Even capital one won't accept me. Does anyone know of a reputable facility that will accept payments?

I don't personally know of any, but try finding a couple of places you WANT to have the surgery, and call and ask them if they do financing.

Have you tried Care Credit? They gave me a line of credit when I was fairly new to the credit thing.

There used to be a few Mexican docs that would extend credit but they were all burned so often by people not paying that they quit doing it.

Looks like you might just have to save up for it.

I would suggest contacting doctors who do the surgery who are not in a group, and offering them your time/experience/work in return for the surgery. That may accomplish two goals: 1. get you the surgery faster and 2. get the Dr. to know you, so when you have earned enough "credits" there will be less wait time. You can even work from home answering phones or doing stuff over the internet.. ask them, it won't hurt.
