    I have uhh and Louisiana Medicaid and all I did ( I got lucky) is call the doc 1 time and they had just had a cancellation for the next day. Went in for consult, ran insurance , and set me up for my next appt. which include nut

    I have UHC. My paperwork was submitted on a Tuesday afternoon. I was approved by 10 am the next morning.
