Hello everyone,nice to be here I was lapbanded October16th in Monterrey Mexico by Dr Ernesto Rumbaut...the Dr. was excellent and the Hospital top of the Line! It was a 3hour drive from my hometown in Brownsville Texas! The city of Monterrey Mexico was just enchanting! I recieved wonderful care! I was very apprehensive about going to a foreign country for surgery because of all the stories your hear. The price of my surgery including hospital stay and 3 nights in a fine hotel,with nutritional counseling and a dr.s visit in the hotel was $9.350.00 us dollars! This also includes free fills,,but due to the long drive and wild driving in monterrey...I am considering finding a Dr. in texas..to do the fills , If anyone out there knows of a reputable Dr. or Nurse who does fills in Brownsville or McAllen

I had my surgery with Dr. Luis Reyes in Mcallen, he has also been giving me my fills. If your interested here is his number. Good Luck. I have also heard of a fill doctor in Reynosa, Mexico, his name is Dr. Felipe Cantu. Dr. Reyes # is (956) 630-4161.
