I use Paaa Enzymes, they are 100%natural and they have helped me so much. But before you use them please check with your DR. I chew 3 or 4 depending on how I feel then I lie on my left side. They have literally saved me a few times. They cost less than $5.00 at Walmart. They are much better for me because I feel like if I use the water to take the Gas X it makes me to full. Call your Dr. you won't be using Gas X again. BTW they also help with digestion, so if you feel like you ate just 1 bite to much it seems to help everything go down. BTW walking helps get the gas working out.

In addition to what's already been suggested, try walking more. That always gets things moving for me!

Congratulations on your surgery! Now that you've had it, you might find more answers on the post-surgery section of this forum.

Good luck! You are not alone.
