Flavorless Protein?

Hello,

Relatively new here! I’m two weeks post op and down 26 lbs —- feeling great!

However, I can no longer stomach protein shakes. The thought of them make me want to gag! ?

Do any of you have suggestions for flavorless protein? I’ve been drinking isopure water, but even those flavors are a bit much.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? [emoji5]

Yes, this stuff is good with 100% cranberry juice and I had positive results using this product, https://dochalenutrition.com/product/unflavored-whey-protein-canister/ . In fact, if you decide to order some, let him know that Alan recommended this to you and he will most likely give you a discount code.

I've tried a few and found that the the genepro flavorless I picked up at the local GNC works well. I'm not sure if the claims are all true on the package/webpage (http://www.gnc.com/whey-protein/527310.html) but the serving size has a much smaller scoop for 30g of protein. It dissolves easily and can take some heat without turning clumpy/gooey like many of the others I've tested. Its been perfect to add to a little oatmeal to boost the protein.

Oh, I had high hopes for the isopure clear drinks but they taste like sour milk to me...

I use Isopure unflavored protein powder. Love it. You can mix it in many things:

yogurt, cottage cheese, soup, powerade zero, decaf iced or hot tea, decaf or reg coffee, refried beans, mashed sweet potatoes, oatmeal

Congrats on the weight loss.

Unjury has a good flavorless protein powder you can mix into cold and warm foods, liquids. They also have chicken flavored protein that turns into a broth if that's of any interest.

I have isopure unflavored. The smell makes me want to throw up! Eww! I didnt notice the taste, but I did notice the smell.

Yes it is tasteless and dissolves well, but that's because it's worthless.

These are just some recent posts about it, there are literally hundreds already on here though.
