Has anyone tried this pasta?

Has anyone tried Cybele’s Free-to-Eat Superfood Veggie Pastas? Here is the nutrition info: 2 oz.: 200 - 210 calories, 1g total fat (0g sat fat), 0 - 25mg sodium, 34 - 36g carbs, 3 - 4g fiber, 1 - 4g sugars, 13 - 15g protein.

Just wondering if it’s any good?

Have not tried them, but will make a point to. I love other lentil/chickpea protien pastas I've tried:)

I’m not even plant based and I LOVE the edamame pasta I got at Costco! I am four and a half years out and had had regular pasta once post op till I found it a month ago and I’ve had it four times in that month!

2 oz (I only eat 1) has 24 G protein and 21 g carbs, but of those 11 are fiber!

Where in Costco do you find it? I might have to give it a try!

I eat the edamame pasta as well. You can get it on amazon. You need to work with it differently than regular pasta. It’s as dense as hell and cooks very quickly and my sleeve can’t handle a lot of it. But it’s a nice change up from animal proteins.

With the regular pasta!
