Anyone else have back pain? Almost like kidney stone pain in a way

Anyone having back pain? I had surgery Wednesday morn came home yesterday.. last night was so hard to sleep because of the back pain and have had it all morning.. at first it started low down by kidneys and radiates upward but then will feel like kidney stone pain. Hard to tell if it's gas or if I should go get checked for kidney stones or maybe a uti?

It'll be gas pain. You'll have to walk it off and get a loved one to give you a back rub if poss xx

That's what I figured but the oncall dr said gas pain will not feel like kidney stone pain?

If there's blood in your pee, your pee is super cloudy or smells funny or its sore to urinate it's a uti. If it's just a pain it's probably gas... xx

I had this- was sure it was a kidney stone-nope! Hang in there- it will get better. I can just now sleep on my left side- my pain was left side of my back and I had surgery on 12/11.

I am 17 days post op and my RN gave two reasons. Body is adjusting to new weight loss and possible radiating pain from diaphragm. She said it was ok to go to chiropractor and see what he/she says.
