And you weren't? I'm like the Indians in cowboy movies, I may win a battle or 2 but I end up losing the war. Dang-- I get so tired of falling off that same verdompt horse![emoji25][emoji25][emoji25]

Your weight loss is phenomenal! People must be commenting on it positively. Think how unlikely it is that you would have lost 98 pounds without the surgery. You have probably replaced all the clothes in your wardrobe.

We talked in my sleeve support group about plateaus or “stalls.“ Apparently most people experience them and they are always frustrating. The advice given was to “hang in there,” as people could go weeks stuck on the same number on the scale and then all the sudden lose 3, 4, or 5 pounds all at once. If you haven’t been back to your dietitian recently, you may want to do that so that he or she can review your diet. Try making small changes in diet or exercise or water. I am so impressed with what you have already done.

Thank you! I took everyones advice. I now am 198 , and officially 100 pounds down as of today!!

hey bud - it's been around 7 weeks since your original post.
i thought your weight loss was great then, and you were doing fine.
has your dream weight of being under 200 lbs happened? if it did, that's great. if not, that's ok too.
i know it will happen. - remember, this is a sprint, not a race - good luck - chin up - life is good, gets better all the time. PATIENCE:rolleyes: kathy

The scale has moved lol, thank you! I am officially under 200 pounds. I just had to get my butt up and exercise.

Don’t give up. You’ve pretty much lost a 100 pounds in one year! Oh em gee! Keep it up and stay positive. One more year or less and you will be at your goal.

Thank you so much[emoji173]️
