Hi! I'm so excited! I just completed my last dietician appointment today and will now wait for the insurance approval, which takes about two weeks, and then I will meet with my surgeon before surgery. It has been a long six months and and my goal is finally coming into view. This new year will be my new journey. My husband of 30 years is taking me on an Alaskan cruise in May. I'm so looking forward to it. I would love to start up some chat with people who are close to surgery like me.

Good luck to you, MomtoKaitlyn! It sometimes feels slow, but we're getting there.

Having my surgery Jan 25th. Looking forward to feeling better and looking better by late spring.
