What to take to Mexico from your purse

My surgery is in a couple of weeks. I'm going to Tijuana alone so I want to make sure I have everything I will need. I also don't want to take a bunch of stuff I won't need. I will obviously take my passport. Will I need my drivers license, credit cards or debit card? How much cash will I need? Ugh I'm stressing over this.
