    I just joined BariatricPal recently and my lap band surgery was this past Thursday, 6/28. I’m still on the clear liquid diet phase, but get to start clear liquids tomorrow. I enjoyed reading your early progress. How are you guys doing today? I hope all is is still going well. I’m really excited about this new tool and hope it works for me!

    Hi, I had my surgery in Nov,have had some good and bad with it. I have set up a small whatsapp group just a few people in the same boat from the UK and Ireland,u are more than welcome to join as I know theres not a lot of people using this as much anymore and we can all use the support as much as possible.
