  1. Wow, that's insane. Hope the sleeve is doing a better job for you!
  2. I am too. I had mine in Birmingham, you?

  4. I am a non-meat eating dairy free coeliac - so no exactly the same as vegan, but close. I used vegan protein shakes and bars for my pre-surgery diet, and still use them for post-surgery easy meals now that I am on solids. I used the shakes three-four times a day, sometimes with fruit or with powdered peanut butter to boost the protein. Soy yogurt watered down isn't as bad as it sounds when you are hungry! Good luck.
  5. Weight lifting caused it to move? Wow... I like body weight training, but haven't weight training since I was on the swim team twenty years ago. I'll keep it in mind.

  7. Pretty good today, it's been two weeks so I am on to puree and soft food and it is so nice to chew again! The bloat is finally coming down too so that's a nice change. For the first time ever, I'm excited about losing weight, weird right?
  8. Hi! I had a band put in the week after you, so definitely a buddy. How are you doing?
  9. How long did you have the band before issues arose? When did you have the sleeve done? Sent from my Moto G (5) using BariatricPal mobile app
