Had my procedure Friday Nov 3

The procedure went well but my recovery was awful. Vomiting every couple of hours the first 24 hours and then every 5 to 6 hours the next 24. Some severe cramping so hard to get comfortable and rest. No vomiting since I woke up today - hopefully the worst is over. My procedure was done at John Hopkins.

Just wanted to give an update on my progress. This past Friday was 6 weeks since the procedure. I've been exercising 4-5 days a week and eating 3 small meals a day. I'm down 30 pounds. It's still challenging to get in 64 ozs of water a day but I'm working on it.

Great job Luv life keep going! you're off to an awesome start! So good that you're exercising so much, key to sustaining your weight long term!!

That is awesome. 30 pounds is so inspirational especially to those of us who haven’t done the procedure yet. Great job. When did your doctor clear you for exercise? Do you find water intake your only challenge or are there others? (Hopefully not) keep us posted please!
