  1. No suggestions for the gas cramps other than get to moving to work it out, i didn’t know about the gas they use in suRgery, it settled in my shoulders & neCk, that was the most pain I️ hadI️ am s natural water drinker, so thats not an issue with me, I️ do have it handy at all times

I guess I’m one of the lucky ones, had my surgery on 11/1/17, no nausea, bless you all who have had to deal, today I’m dealing stopped up, tried liquid Colace and yes, it is from the Devil, it is absolutely the nastiest taste & after taste ever!! Will increase my walking to help get things moving
  3. Good luck!! Our surgery day is the same I get a lot of protein from Liquacel it also has a lot. Of amino acids. Good taste, I also bought Genepro, powdered tasteless protein with 30 grams per serving, I add to a bottle of Propel.
