Hi! Im Shelly from Nacogdoches. I was banded in Mexico in August and I'm very happy! Are there any support groups in Nacogdoches or Lufkin?

I keep hearing about banding in Mexico &/or Mexicali. I was quoted $7000. But never received an answer if they will allow payments. The doctor in Mexico you are seeing...what were their price ranges?

I'm looking into having the lapband done,but not sure on what Dr to use.Heard Dr. Charles Beall was really great!! I spoke with another dr in Tyler but I was not impressed with the staff or him. I'm 34 and 270lbs I want this done SOOOOOO bad!! Iv'e gone back and fourth with the idea and I now know this is the best thing for me to do to get my life back on track and to be healthy again. I was banded on Oct 1, 07 by Dr Aceves in Mexico. AWSOME drs and staff!!!! I will going to Dr. Querry in Pittsburg for my fills. She is wonderful and I think I am going to enjoy using her.

I go for my first fill on Nov. 28th.
