Food help please!

I am lactose, dairy, and soy free. I am looking for something besides baby food, for my stage 2 foods (yogurt, cottage cheese not an option).

is it possible to make oatmeal, loose enough??? I can't live on mashed potatoes for every meal either!

Hello, my list includes cream of wheat or cream rice. I really like the cream of wheat thinned out with 3/4 cup water. The list also includes pureed oatmeal but I found it easier to buy cream of wheat. Hope this helps.

Where are you getting your protein? Did you find a shake you can tolerate? Egg protein, maybe?

Hnc has a good shake called Lean Shake

If you do some searches you can find a few other recipes that you should be able to tolerate in addition to the above mentioned foods. Here is a website that helped me out quite a bit,

Good luck!

Hummus and refried beans were on my soft food stage. I did a lot of eggs.

Refried beans with a little salsa was a go to for me. Also pureed shredded chicken with some chicken broth to soften it up and cream of wheat or baby oatmeal with milk but you could also do it with water since your lactose free (or lactaid/nut milk).
