Shoulder pain from operative gas

I am 7 days post op and still have pretty significant pain in my shoulders from the gas they use to inflate the abdomen. I had a sleeve, hiatal hernia repair and adhesion lysis from gallbladder removal. Anyone else still suffering?

Walk as much as you can. That's the only thing that will relieve the gas pain from the surgery. Since it's within your abdominal cavity gas x doesn't really help. Walk, then walk some more! [emoji4]

I did when I was at that stage. Walking is the best solution. Mine lasted for several days, maybe even a couple of weeks.
